Laura Whitworth

Laura Whitworth, the co-founder of the Bigger Game, passed away on Feb. 28, 2007, after a two-year courageous battle with lung cancer. She is deeply missed. Laura co-created the Bigger Game in 2002, which came about from her desire to teach coaching skills to prison inmates. It seemed like an impossible idea, and yet Laura was the type of person that just wouldn’t settle for “no.” Laura’s “Time to Change Prison Project” was truly a Bigger Game.

Laura is also a co-founder of The Coaches Training Institute, a world-known coaching and leadership training organization.
